Muyideen Rufai

Muyideen Rufai is a Chartered Accountant and an astute administrator with extensive experience in Management Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Administration and Banking within the Nigerian Economy.

He worked for many years as Senior Accountant with many Auditing firms notably Babington Ashaye & Co, Gani Williams & Co and others where he handled various auditing, taxation, investigation, Consultancy assignments for major players in Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Commerce and Industry. He was also in charge of restructuring assignments including mergers, acquisition, insolvency, receivership, and liquidation. He served as the Receiver Manager's representative in multi-billion naira cocoa and vegetable oil processing company, Temple and Golders Limited Located at Ijebu Mushin between 1995 and 1997.

His more than 13 years in the banking industry where he worked at various positions from Financial Control Dept, Head of Operations to serving as Branch/ Business Manager has more than equipped him to be an expert in Business Management, Outsourcing, Financing, and Turnaround specialist in Nigeria and West African sub-region.

He had brief working experience in the Manufacturing sector where he served as the Accountant/ Financial Controller at Rockwool Industries Nigeria Limited, a rock fiberglass manufacturing company located at Ota. He has obtained extensive training in Credit Administration and Strategic Management, Corporate Finance and Project Planning nationally and internationally.

He holds a Higher Diploma degree in Accountancy and Finance from the Yaba College of Technology, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting from the University of Lagos, and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. He is also a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN).



Olusola Ajibona (Associate)

Sola Ajibona graduated from the University of Ilorin in 1990, qualified as a chartered accountant in 1992 and joined the then KPMG Peat Marwick, Ani & Ogunde in June 1993. Since then he has worked with other accountancy firms as Audit Manager and as Internal Control Officer in various financial institutions. Sola has also worked as a consultant to various local, international and multilateral organizations Solid academic background, research, and analytical skills.

Over 7 years of development work experience in assessment of and design of accounting systems, review and setting up of internal controls, and audit of projects. Over 10 years experience in banking, audit and accountancy practice (with good knowledge of financial systems, Cash flows, and disbursement, business development, credit analysis).Excellent organizing, planning, and interpersonal and leadership skills.Exceptional ability to enter new environments and produce immediate results.
